Instructions for the Use

of All-ceramic Zirconia Crowns

4. Main structure and composition of products

CAD/CAM all-ceramic zirconia crown is made of zirconia ceramic blocks cut and sintered.

5. Product Performance

1). Appearance

The surface of retainer and connector should be smooth, glossy, crack-free and porous. There should be no cracks, bubbles and inclusions in the ceramic body.

2).Porosity

In the ceramic part of the denture, there are no more than 6 voids larger than 30μm in diameter on the surface of the specimen, among which there are no more than 6 voids between 40 microns and 150μm in diameter, and there should be no voids larger than 150μm in diameter.

6. Adjacent relationship

There should be contact between denture and adjacent teeth, and the contact part should be the same as that of natural teeth of the same name.

7. Denture margin and working model

Denture margin and working model are close, there should be no obvious gap in naked eye observation, and when the dental probe is out of date, there should be no barrier.

8. Occlusion relationship

The occlusion surface of the denture should have contact points with the maxillary teeth, but there should be no occlusion obstacles.

9. Morphology

The shape and size of the artificial teeth should match the same name of teeth and conform to the normal anatomical shape of the teeth. The labial and cheek microstructures of artificial teeth should be basically consistent with those of natural teeth of the same name.

10. Taboos

1). Those with insufficient retention and resistance of teeth.

2). Anaphylaxis to denture materials.

3). Teenagers whose permanent teeth are not fully developed.

11. Instructions for installation and use

1). Fixed dentures need to be worn and debugged by professionally qualified physicians.

2). Fixed dentures should be cleaned and disinfected before wearing.

3). Doctors should wear fixed dentures carefully and adjust them. If large area grinding, it should be repaired back to the factory. After wearing the denture properly, the patient's abutment was fixed with a cementing agent.

12. Notes

1). Before wearing dentures to patients, physicians must conduct a comprehensive examination of the dentures made and confirm that they are qualified before they can be used.

2). Doctors should remind patients that when allergic or painful symptoms occur, they should see a doctor in time.

3). Avoid biting too hard objects and food as much as possible in daily use to prevent the collapse of porcelain.

4). Regular review or compliance with doctor's advice.

13. Product maintenance methods, storage and transportation conditions

1). Oral hygiene should be maintained every morning and evening to avoid trauma.

2).The packaged products can be transported by general transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with harmful, inflammable and explosive goods. Heavy pressure should be prevented during transportation.

3). Keep away from sunshine, moisture.
